Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and implementation of innovative dyeing and printing techniques, leveraging expertise in reactive, disperse, acid, and pigment dyes to enhance production quality. * Lead cross-functional teams of operators and technical staff across multiple production centers, providing training, guidance, and supervision to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with Design and Production teams to bring creative ideas to life, driving the implementation of new concepts and processes. * Architect and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all production centers, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality. * Manage digital color approval workflows, streamlining processes to reduce lead times and ensure color consistency across all products. * Optimize resource utilization, monitoring and minimizing chemical, water, and energy consumption to reduce operational costs and promote sustainability. * Establish and maintain centralized color recipe standards, ensuring uniformity and quality across all production centers. * Conduct regular technical audits to ensure compliance with equipment and chemical safety standards, safeguarding the well-being of team members and the environment. * Track and analyze key performance indicators, including Right First Time (RFT) and Optimum Equipment Efficiency (OEE), to drive continuous improvement across all locations. * Oversee operations across multiple production centers from the Head Office, ensuring seamless coordination and effective management. * Foster a safe and secure working environment, prioritizing the safeguarding of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. * Champion safeguarding policies and standards, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity among team members. * Provide guidance, support, and expertise in safeguarding, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all aspects of work and reporting any incidents in accordance with established procedures.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
