Key Responsibilities
* Drive the sustainable graduation of ultra-poor persons with disabilities by assessing their intensive rehabilitation needs and designing holistic interventions to enhance their functional capacity, enterprise-engagement skills, and life skills.
* Architect comprehensive rehabilitation solutions in collaboration with Senior Technical Experts and regional/zonal staff, ensuring access to essential services through referrals and capacity development for frontline staff.
* Lead the identification of persons with disabilities, conduct rehabilitation assessments, and provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, including functional rehabilitation therapy and caregiver training.
* Facilitate the provision of assistive devices, accessibility, and further interventions for persons with disabilities in complicated situations, ensuring inclusive support.
* Deliver hands-on coaching to participants through home visits, focusing on building enterprise-related technical skills, soft skills, and confidence to lift them from extreme poverty.
* Manage case management support for persons with disabilities, liaising with Technical Coordinators, Senior Managers, and field implementation teams to facilitate participation in livelihood activities.
* Collaborate with Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) and Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG) programmes to map relevant service providers, develop, and implement service mechanisms related to rehabilitation and basic health services.
* Monitor and track progress towards graduation, contributing to quality-of-life indicators and building capacity for participants to achieve sustainable outcomes.
* Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the overall effectiveness of planned interventions, educating caregivers, family, and community members to support persons with disabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech and Language Therapy or any other relevant discipline

- Documentation and reporting skill
- Clear understanding on Therapeutic exercise, Community Based Rehabilitation, Social inclusion, Multi-dimensional Poverty, poverty & disability dynamics, community culture and disability, contextual understanding, Local norms and behaviors etc.
- Competent on independent individualized comprehensive intensive rehabilitation assessment, plan and intervention.
- Hands on competency on proper selection of assistive devices, measurement and provision training.
- Low-cost home modification, tools and task adaptation expertise in the community level households.
