Officer / Sr. Officer - Accounts & Finance

* Spearhead the development of robust accounting, analytical, and reporting functions to drive business growth and excellence. * Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations that align with the company's vision and strategic objectives. * Design and implement comprehensive financial management systems, including manual journals, general ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, accruals, and fixed assets. * Lead customer payment management, ensuring timely payments and minimizing outstanding balances. * Oversee accounting entries, financial statement preparation, and regular activity supervision to implement changes and drive process improvements. * Collaborate with head office to ensure tax and VAT compliance in factory operations, maintaining regularity and adherence to relevant regulations. * Continuously review and monitor systems, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with VAT and tax issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Manage tax deduction and compliance, ensuring accurate deduction of TDS/VDS from various parties in accordance with relevant ordinances, rules, acts, and SROs.
