Authorized Representative / Fund Manager

* Drive client investment decisions by executing buy and sell orders, providing expert guidance, and delivering market insights to maximize portfolio performance. * Lead portfolio management efforts by maintaining daily order books, analyzing market trends, and offering strategic investment advice to clients. * Architect and implement trading strategies that align with business objectives, identifying opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue. * Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including cash and bank maintenance, financial statement preparation, and compliance reporting. * Analyze and interpret market news, trends, and regulatory updates to inform trading decisions and ensure compliance with BSEC, DSE, CDBL, and company regulations. * Develop and share key performance reports, including daily transaction reports, monthly financial reports, and compliance reports, to stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve annual business targets, identify new trading opportunities, and drive business growth. * Leverage strong analytical, communication, and computer skills to optimize trading activities, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction. * Ensure adherence to all relevant rules, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and innovation in all aspects of trading operations.
