Supply Chain Officer

* Drive short-term inventory planning (0-6 months) to ensure optimal product availability and customer satisfaction across Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan (BNSP). * Lead coordination with local distributors and regional/global supply chain functions to align with customer needs and resolve supply issues. * Manage order fulfillment, allocation, and backorder processes, serving as the primary point of contact for short-term supply issues. * Collaborate with local distributors to resolve customer requests, balancing business priorities and ensuring timely resolution. * Architect and maintain regular communication with local distributors, providing product availability updates and ensuring seamless information exchange. * Develop and implement process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business efficiency. * Initiate and facilitate regular meetings with supply personnel, distributors, and customer service teams to discuss sales, orders, and product delivery confirmations. * Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and work with distributors to evaluate product needs and optimize inventory levels. * Manage and resolve customer claims and complaints, ensuring prompt communication with corporate customer service teams. * Oversee payment follow-ups, proforma invoices, and import license applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely payment processing. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and responsiveness to customer needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction across the BNSP region.
