* Spearhead production planning by gathering work orders, samples, and production details from Aarong, and establishing production methods and daily targets. * Architect production plans aligned with center manager guidelines, and create system tickets to initiate production processes. * Drive production efficiency by generating manual sheets, monitoring production processes, and ensuring timely execution. * Collaborate with section in-charges to facilitate seamless production plan execution and provide center managers with regular production status updates. * Foster a safe working environment by protecting team members from harm, abuse, and exploitation, and promoting a culture of safeguarding. * Champion safeguarding policies and standards, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring adherence to safeguarding protocols in all actions. * Manage safeguarding incidents by following reporting procedures, and encouraging others to do the same, to maintain a secure and respectful workplace.
