Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized support to visitors, shoppers, and tenants.
• Drive customer engagement by responding to inquiries about mall services, promotions, and facilities in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage incoming communications across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Champion front desk operations by maintaining accurate visitor records, enforcing protocols, and ensuring seamless execution.
• Navigate shoppers through the mall by offering expert directions and guidance to enhance their overall experience.
• Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, escalating issues to relevant departments as needed.
• Curate a welcoming reception area by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
• Support administrative functions, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or front desk setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
