* Lead sonography services, utilizing 3D/4D Color Ultrasonogram technology to deliver high-quality patient care. * Drive outdoor patient management, ensuring seamless coordination and effective treatment plans. * Oversee OT operations, including MR and PAC services, to guarantee efficient and safe procedures. * Manage emergency situations, providing prompt and effective responses to ensure patient well-being. * Supervise technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. * Architect requisition processes for emergency and regular medicines, ensuring timely availability and optimal stock management. * Provide counseling services to guardians and parents, addressing their concerns and offering guidance on children's health issues. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and a proactive work ethic. * Develop and implement strategies to ensure safe motherhood services for pregnant women, referring clients to pathological services as needed. * Conduct regular check-ups, offering medical advice and instruction to nurses and paramedics on maintaining OT cleanliness and hygiene standards. * Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, leveraging data to inform service improvements and optimize resource allocation. * Facilitate monthly coordination meetings, driving progress and addressing challenges to ensure seamless service delivery. * Ensure timely communication of key information to the Central Office, maintaining transparency and accountability. * Deliver comprehensive MR services, including post-procedure care, complication management, and follow-up treatment, to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
