Assistant/ Associate Office, Quality Control

* Spearhead quality control initiatives, driving adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensuring process excellence. * Conduct rigorous inspections of products and raw materials, leveraging expertise in color bleeding tests, styling, measurement, and quality aspects to guarantee alignment with approved samples. * Identify and rectify defects proactively, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. * Oversee inspections at all stages, making informed decisions to uphold quality standards. * Foster strong relationships with vendors through regular factory visits, ensuring compliance with quality requirements. * Analyze root causes of defects, developing and implementing preventive measures to minimize garment faults. * Drive customer-centricity by analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and informing quality enhancement strategies. * Maintain meticulous records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation, presenting insights on quality metrics to stakeholders. * Collaborate with production partners to implement quality improvements, coordinating efforts to achieve shared goals. * Facilitate and moderate meetings to discuss quality concerns, driving resolution and process enhancements. * Champion safeguarding practices, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment for all team members. * Provide expert guidance and support on safeguarding policies, promoting a culture of safety and respect. * Embed safeguarding standards into all aspects of work, encouraging team members to prioritize safety and report incidents through established procedures. * Act as a key point of contact for safeguarding concerns, driving incident reporting and response efforts to protect team members from harm.
