* Spearhead pattern development using manual, paper, and computerized methods, leveraging LECTRA software to drive innovation. * Provide technical guidance and expertise to a team of 300 sample makers, ensuring daily production targets of 300 pieces are met. * Drive quality excellence by evaluating and reporting on vendor quality systems, identifying areas for improvement. * Inspect incoming materials to guarantee compliance with organizational standards and specifications. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing partners, to define product requirements. * Architect and implement quality management systems, reporting key performance metrics to top management and recommending corrective actions. * Facilitate periodic management review meetings to ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement. * Manage product recalls, minimizing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. * Lead and develop a high-performing quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. * Develop, edit, and implement departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs), guiding the technical team to achieve business objectives.
