* Spearhead a large-scale video editing project, transforming 125-130 lectures on the Seerah into 1,300+ engaging short clips for social media platforms, including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram Reels, in the Bengali language. * Drive the creation of high-impact, bite-sized content, extracting pivotal moments, fascinating stories, and core lessons from each lecture to craft compelling clips that preserve the completeness of the message. * Lead the development of accurate and engaging Bengali captions, ensuring linguistic precision and theological accuracy in the translation of Islamic terminology across three languages. * Architect a clipping strategy, identifying and extracting 10-12 key clips per lecture, optimized for 9:16 vertical format and platform-specific pacing. * Manage the editing process, incorporating dynamic and readable Bengali subtitles, smooth transitions, and attention-grabbing hooks to captivate audiences. * Champion socio-cultural-religious sensitivity, upholding high standards of reverence and respect for the subject matter, and ensuring that all content is contextual and theologically accurate. * Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency and quality across all clips, driving the project forward to achieve its mission of spreading authentic knowledge about Islam.
