Officer, Tailoring

* Drive production planning and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products * Architect effective loading plans, conduct job analysis, and assess samples to optimize production workflows * Lead the preparation of samples and obtain approvals from relevant authorities to ensure compliance * Develop and manage costing models for tailoring and design to minimize costs and maximize efficiency * Oversee production in tailoring and cutting sections, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards * Implement quality control measures to reduce rejection and alteration rates, and drive cost savings * Compile and submit weekly loading reports to senior management, and analyze daily production reports to inform decision-making * Collaborate with the Centre Manager to recruit, train, and retain top talent, and manage worker wages and benefits * Streamline supply chain operations to ensure seamless production workflows * Foster a safe and respectful work environment, protecting team members from harm, abuse, and exploitation * Champion safeguarding policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure a culture of safety and respect * Promote and enforce safeguarding standards in all aspects of work, and adhere to reporting procedures in the event of incidents or concerns
