Senior Executive - C&F (Clearing & Forwarding)

* Spearhead the verification of C&F agent bills, port charges, and clearing expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Architect and prepare accounts vouchers for import and export-related expenses, driving financial transparency and efficiency. * Lead the maintenance of a centralized record of Bills of Entry, ensuring seamless tracking and retrieval of critical documents. * Develop and present comprehensive import cost statements, incorporating duty, VAT, C&F charges, and other related expenses to inform business decisions. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Import & Export and Accounts, to drive alignment and synergy. * Manage and preserve a secure repository of critical documents, including Bills of Entry, Challans, Delivery Orders, and Gate Passes. * Drive timely submission of monthly bills to relevant parties, ensuring prompt settlement and minimizing delays. * Ensure strict adherence to government regulations, bonded warehouse rules, and industry standards, mitigating risk and promoting operational integrity. * Proactively address delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize operational disruption and ensure business continuity.
