Programme Specialist - Climate Resilient Infrastructures & WASH

* Drive the development and implementation of climate-resilient infrastructure and WASH programs, ensuring strategic, technical, and operational excellence across Plan Bangladesh's portfolio. * Architect integrated WASH-CCA-DRR programming, aligning with national systems and global standards to promote environmentally sustainable, inclusive, and gender-responsive solutions. * Lead the design and delivery of resilient infrastructure plans, climate-adaptive service models, and Cash-for-Work modalities, enhancing the capacity of partners and local governance structures. * Manage the quality assurance of WASH interventions, ensuring they are climate-resilient, risk-informed, and compliant with national and global standards. * Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and partners, to advance children's rights and equality for girls. * Develop and implement strategies to strengthen institutional capacity, promoting sustainable and inclusive WASH services that support the well-being of vulnerable children and communities. * Champion the integration of climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, and environmental sustainability into WASH programming, driving a culture of innovation and excellence. * Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring that WASH programs are aligned with Plan International's core values and goals. * Drive monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives, using data and insights to inform program improvements and optimize impact.
