Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by promoting and selling cutting-edge healthcare devices to key stakeholders within designated territories. • Foster strategic relationships with healthcare influencers, including doctors, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams, to expand market reach. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers and drive adoption. • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive planning and execution. • Gather and analyze market insights, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and product performance, to inform sales strategies. • Lead timely follow-ups and aggressively pursue sales leads to closure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product installation and after-sales support. • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in designated CRM systems. • Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase products and build brand awareness. • Leverage experience in tender and institution business to navigate complex sales processes and drive results.

Requirements

Education

  • BSc/MSc in Biochemical Engineering/ Biomedical Science
  • BBA in Marketing

Additional

  • UGC recognized university
