Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth and expansion within assigned territories, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
* Architect and execute tailored territory sales plans, aligning with overall business objectives to maximize market penetration and revenue.
* Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.
* Manage and optimize field operations, including route planning, outlet coverage, and distributor relationships, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
* Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and strategic accounts, to drive mutual growth and loyalty.
* Monitor and analyze distributor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize sales, stock levels, and collections.
* Spearhead trade promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, informing business decisions and driving growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure aligned operations and seamless customer experiences.
* Ensure rigorous compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
* Deliver timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
