Wellness Coordinator

* Drive the development and implementation of occupational therapy and wellbeing initiatives, events, and activities to support hospital-based and community clients with mental health issues. * Lead comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional needs and abilities in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. * Architect personalized treatment plans in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team, monitoring client progress and recommending adjustments as necessary. * Deliver therapeutic interventions, including one-on-one and group therapy sessions, to enhance clients' fine and gross motor skills, daily living activities, and adaptive techniques. * Foster effective communication with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of treatment plans and promote active participation in therapy. * Manage accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and outcomes. * Supervise and provide training to occupational therapists, OT assistants, activity coordinators, and other staff members to ensure high-quality care. * Collaborate with foreign associates through in-person and online supervision, implementing feedback and guidance to enhance practice and service delivery.
