Operations Coordinator

* Drive seamless day-to-day operations across clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional service delivery. * Foster collaboration and coordination between departments, including clinical, nursing, HR, finance, and admin, to promote efficient workflow and operational excellence. * Champion the development, implementation, and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards. * Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making and transparency. * Facilitate effective communication and information flow across teams and departments, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and seamless patient care. * Spearhead business development and clinical coordination efforts to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. * Oversee patient flow, appointments, and service delivery processes, ensuring streamlined and efficient operations that meet patient needs. * Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues impacting patient care, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. * Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including DGHS, DNC, and relevant standards, to maintain compliance and mitigate risk. * Drive quality improvement initiatives, infection control, and safety protocols, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centric care. * Monitor and enforce hospital policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence across all departments and teams. * Coordinate procurement efforts, vendor communication, and operational expenses, driving cost-effective solutions and budget management. * Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including police, local government, and media representatives, to promote the organisation's mission and values. * Support the development and implementation of marketing and outreach activities, enhancing the organisation's reputation and community engagement. * Facilitate multidisciplinary team (MDT) activities, fostering collaboration and coordination among healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
