Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Waste Management

• Spearhead comprehensive waste management operations, overseeing collection, segregation, recycling, and disposal to ensure a seamless process • Champion environmental stewardship by driving compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and ISO standards • Develop and maintain meticulous records and documentation to facilitate audits and reporting • Foster strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Production, Warehouse, and Logistics, to optimize operations • Architect vendor relationships with recyclers and waste handlers, negotiating cost-effective agreements that meet business needs • Pioneer initiatives to minimize waste and enhance recycling capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions • Conduct regular site inspections, leveraging findings to proactively address operational inefficiencies and compliance risks
