Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead sales growth in designated territories, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned targets
* Lead and develop high-performing sales teams through coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring
* Architect and implement effective sales strategies, driving business expansion and market penetration
* Foster a culture of excellence, recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members to achieve their full potential
* Ensure seamless product distribution, maximizing availability, visibility, and market coverage across assigned geographies
* Drive distributor performance, overseeing stock management, market servicing, and delivery coordination to meet business objectives
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and sales officers, to drive mutual growth and success
* Conduct regular market visits, staying attuned to market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and optimize results
