Sr. Executive/Executive - Validation(Molecular Biology & Cell Culture Lab)

* Spearhead molecular biology techniques, such as RT-PCR, Blotting, and gel electrophoresis, to drive innovative research and development. * Oversee cell culture operations, including thawing, passaging, cryopreservation, and contamination control, to ensure seamless laboratory workflows. * Architect and refine experimental protocols, validate results, and compile comprehensive reports to inform key business decisions. * Analyze complex experimental data, develop technical reports, and craft engaging presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. * Champion laboratory compliance with GLP/GMP standards by maintaining meticulous documentation and records. * Lead, mentor, and train junior staff and interns on laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and best practices to foster a culture of excellence. * Manage laboratory resources, including inventory, reagents, and consumables, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. * Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and functioning optimally to support high-quality research and development. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, QC, and R&D, to drive project outcomes and achieve business objectives. * Contribute to the design of experiments for new product development, leveraging expertise to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.
