Account Officer

* Spearhead order collection from prominent garments and buying houses, overseeing the entire production process from start to shipment. * Drive problem-solving initiatives for garments and buying houses, ensuring seamless issue resolution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including knitting, weaving, dyeing, finishing, quality control, and cutting, to ensure cohesive production workflows. * Architect monthly production plans for in-house fabrics and washing capacity, deriving requirements from fabric production plans and updating stakeholders accordingly. * Lead daily plan reviews, developing alternative strategies to meet customer deadlines and ensure timely delivery. * Foster strong relationships with key departments, including fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance, to facilitate plan execution and drive business results. * Facilitate daily production meetings to track weekly shipment schedules, address production challenges, and ensure timely issue resolution. * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various fabrics, including T/C, T/R, T/C Herring Bone, Cotton Herring Bone, Sheeting, Poplin, Taffeta, Voile, Georgette, Mesh, Chambray, T/C Twill, Cotton Twill, T/C Canvas, Cotton Canvas, Ribstop, and Yarn Dyeing, to inform production decisions and drive business growth.
