Factory Accountant

* Drive financial planning and control by developing and monitoring the annual factory budget, ensuring alignment with planned vs actual targets. * Spearhead collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve customer plant top-line and bottom-line targets, fostering a culture of business partnership and growth. * Architect raw material management strategies to optimize order-to-ship processes, reduce excess materials, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. * Manage and optimize factory overheads by tracking target vs actual performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to drive efficiency. * Lead value creation initiatives by partnering with stakeholders on cost optimization, productivity enhancement, and SWORD projects, and facilitate regular review sessions to ensure progress and impact. * Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and governance, including Factory Control Assessment audits, to mitigate risks and maintain compliance. * Develop and maintain robust material management and risk management systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing potential threats. * Design and deliver key performance reports, including MIS, to inform management decisions and drive business outcomes.
