Financial Accountant

* Drive the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements, including monthly and annual reports, to ensure seamless financial operations in the Bangladesh region. * Lead the coordination of account closures, statutory audits, and compliance activities, such as EPF, transfer pricing, tax, and VAT audits, to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements. * Architect and manage the consolidation process, ensuring accurate and efficient submission of consolidation packs, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules. * Oversee central fixed asset governance, insurance coordination, and regional overhead finalization, while developing and managing budgets and forecasts to optimize financial performance. * Manage treasury operations, including cash flow management, bank coordination, loan schedules, and group funding requirements, to ensure effective liquidity management. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Sri Lanka Corporate finance team, Bangladesh factory finance teams, auditors, and finance consultants, to drive financial reporting, compliance, and special initiatives. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and other external partners to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance. * Spearhead special projects assigned by management, leveraging financial expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
