Key Responsibilities

* Drive EPC and local procurement operations to achieve timely, cost-effective, and high-quality sourcing of project materials, equipment, and services. * Architect procurement strategies that align with EPC project timelines and organizational supply chain management policies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material, equipment, and service requirements, ensuring timely sourcing of project-critical items. * Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to project dependencies and local market constraints. * Lead local procurement activities, ensuring the availability of construction materials, spare parts, consumables, and site services that meet project schedules and operational needs. * Develop and maintain a robust local vendor base, conducting evaluations, technical assessments, and performance reviews to ensure competitive advantage. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors, establishing long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and contractors. * Manage commercial negotiations, contracts, and costs for EPC-related procurement, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. * Support project execution by coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to align procurement with project milestones and resolve procurement-related issues. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, maintaining audit-ready documentation and implementing risk mitigation strategies. * Streamline procurement processes and leverage ERP systems to drive efficiency, transparency, and cost savings, developing procurement dashboards and analytics for management review. * Foster a high-performing team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective procurement operations and continuous process improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BSc/MSc) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
