• Spearhead the entire order fulfillment process, from product conceptualization to delivery, ensuring seamless execution. • Foster strong relationships with buyers through proactive communication, providing timely updates on sampling, approvals, pricing, production timelines, and shipping schedules. • Drive business growth by analyzing costs, consumption patterns, and profit margins to inform competitive pricing strategies and optimize profitability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including knitting, dyeing, printing, production, quality control, and commercial departments, to streamline workflows and promote operational efficiency. • Proactively monitor production milestones, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective measures to mitigate delays and ensure on-time delivery. • Mentor and develop junior merchandising team members, sharing expertise and best practices to elevate team performance and drive process improvements. • Support senior management in strategic initiatives, including new product development, capacity planning, and buyer acquisition, to fuel business expansion and revenue growth.
