* Deliver high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in ICU and post-operative settings, with a focus on spine and orthopedic cases. * Lead emergency response efforts, monitoring vital signs and managing critical patients with precision and urgency. * Collaborate with consultants to drive patient management and treatment plans, ensuring seamless post-operative care. * Drive accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. * Manage life-sustaining interventions, including ventilator support and critical care protocols, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Architect comprehensive care plans by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff. * Champion infection control and ICU protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff. * Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing empathetic counsel and updates on patient condition and treatment plans. * Apply expertise in ventilator management and critical care procedures to inform patient care decisions. * Thrive in fast-paced environments, working effectively under pressure and in emergency situations. * Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive patient-centered care. * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, working varied shifts, including nights and rotations, to support 24/7 patient care operations.
