* Spearhead warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management and uninterrupted supply by monitoring stock levels and allocating resources effectively. * Drive daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate records and reports. * Architect and implement robust safety and security protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and personnel. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, and Procurement, to align inventory levels with demand and optimize supply chain efficiency. * Develop and execute strategic inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, damages, and obsolescence, ensuring maximum stock integrity. * Design and optimize distribution plans to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, leveraging route optimization and fleet management expertise. * Lead and manage transport staff, including drivers and helpers, to ensure smooth logistics operations and exceptional customer service. * Implement cost-effective logistics solutions, controlling fuel consumption and optimizing vehicle utilization to reduce costs and environmental impact. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date vehicle documentation and adhering to safety and security standards. * Analyze and optimize distribution key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery lead time, cost per ton/km, and OTIF, to drive continuous improvement. * Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, leveraging bulk distribution opportunities to reduce freight costs and improve supply chain efficiency. * Monitor and control freight costs, tracking expenses per ton/km and per unit delivered to ensure alignment with company budgets and objectives.
