Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead comprehensive recruitment strategies, driving end-to-end processes from job posting to offer negotiation to attract top talent.
* Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and develop effective interview protocols that yield exceptional candidates.
* Leverage diverse recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
* Conduct rigorous candidate evaluations, incorporating skills assessments, reference checks, and background screenings to ensure best-fit hires.
* Architect and manage the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, cultural immersion, and exit management to foster a seamless employee experience.
* Champion the HRIS and digital platforms, streamlining employee lifecycle management, and day-to-day services to maximize efficiency and user satisfaction.
* Design and implement process improvements and policies that eliminate redundancy, reduce complexity, and enhance overall customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
