• Drive engagement with guardians to showcase Kiddoz programs and learning solutions tailored for children aged 6-12 years, delivering personalized guidance and support. • Architect customized learning plans by assessing each child's unique educational needs and recommending suitable programs to foster academic growth. • Deliver compelling presentations of Kiddoz products and services, highlighting their value and benefits to prospective parents. • Lead conversion efforts by following up on leads generated through various channels, including digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and events, to achieve monthly sales targets. • Foster long-term relationships with parents, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the student lifecycle. • Collaborate with academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enrolled students, streamlining the transition process. • Manage and maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and enrollment status in the CRM system, ensuring data-driven decision making. • Participate in and contribute to promotional campaigns, school events, and parent engagement activities, helping to build a strong community and drive business growth.
