Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead daily HR operations, ensuring seamless alignment with company policies, local labor laws, and BEPZA regulations.
* Drive recruitment efforts, managing the entire cycle from job posting to onboarding, and cultivating a pipeline of top talent to support manpower planning.
* Foster a positive work environment by designing and implementing initiatives that boost employee engagement, culture, and overall job satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR plans, employee development programs, and performance management strategies.
* Manage employee data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date personal files, and ensuring all staff members are informed about company rules and HR policies.
* Develop and implement effective grievance mechanisms, disciplinary procedures, and complaint management systems to promote a fair and respectful workplace.
* Analyze personnel issues, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions to drive HR process improvements.
* Architect training and development programs, creating a yearly training calendar based on thorough training needs analysis (TNA), and monitoring attendance and evaluation records.
* Lead the coordination of employee training and skill development initiatives, empowering staff to reach their full potential.
