Service Expert, AC & Refrigerator

* Drive the installation and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AC and refrigerator units, leveraging expertise to diagnose and repair complex problems. * Deliver timely responses to assigned work orders, prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Lead proactive maintenance efforts, performing routine checks and upkeep on cooling units to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan. * Identify and rectify electrical and mechanical defects, applying technical knowledge to resolve malfunctions and minimize disruptions. * Architect equipment repairs and replacements, installing new components and adjusting thermostatic controls to achieve precise calibration. * Manage and optimize inventory levels of critical parts and components on assigned service vehicles, ensuring seamless execution of maintenance tasks. * Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support to the department, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Champion a safety-first culture, adhering to and promoting strict adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
