* Spearhead microfinance operations in remote areas of Barishal, Bhola, Dhaka, Munshigonj, Manikgonj, Jhalakathi, and Pirojpur districts * Drive loan program initiatives in underserved rural communities, promoting financial inclusion and empowerment * Manage and oversee daily operations in designated areas, ensuring effective implementation of microcredit programs * Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders, and beneficiaries to promote the organization's mission and objectives * Lead a team of field staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful program delivery and achievement of targets * Conduct regular field visits to monitor program progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for expanding microfinance services and improving overall program impact * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform program development and optimization * Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
