Internal Communications Manager

* Architect and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that amplify the SGMH Culture Book, driving consistent messaging and desired behaviors across the organization. * Drive employee engagement and cultural alignment through targeted internal communication campaigns and initiatives. * Foster collaboration with SBU leaders, HR teams, and plant management to align communication priorities and cascade them effectively across all levels. * Craft and curate compelling communication content that enhances employee understanding and connection with the organization. * Establish and maintain standardized communication guidelines, templates, and tone of voice to ensure consistency, professionalism, and brand alignment. * Lead the management and monitoring of official social media platforms to bolster employer branding and external stakeholder engagement. * Develop and publish social media content that showcases organizational values and brand positioning, elevating visibility, reputation, and talent attraction. * Analyze and track communication effectiveness using internal and external metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and drive continuous improvement. * Provide strategic counsel to leadership on key messaging, including change and sensitive communications, to ensure clarity, transparency, and trust. * Design and manage internal events and engagement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and reinforce organizational culture. * Ensure adherence to corporate communication policies and governance standards, maintaining accuracy, credibility, and brand integrity across all communication channels.
