Junior Urban Planner

Key Responsibilities: * Drive the development of comprehensive master plans that balance urban growth with sustainability and social responsibility * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative urban planning solutions * Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform planning decisions and ensure data-driven approaches * Manage and coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, development partners, and private organizations, to deliver impactful projects * Lead the preparation of feasibility studies, environmental and social assessments, and monitoring & evaluation reports * Architect urban infrastructure designs that prioritize functionality, aesthetics, and community needs * Support the technical team in project management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve urban planning services and solutions
