Officer (Machinery Spare Store)

* Spearhead the Spare Store operations, leveraging expertise in spare parts management to drive efficiency and productivity. * Architect and maintain a robust Inventory Management System, providing timely data insights to management and relevant departments. * Drive reporting excellence, generating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly stock and delivery reports to inform business decisions. * Oversee goods receipt from suppliers, ensuring spare parts are procured as needed and in accordance with requirements. * Implement and maintain 5S principles, ensuring proper identification, storage, and traceability of materials. * Manage warehouse activities, guaranteeing safe and efficient storage, and optimizing warehouse space utilization. * Ensure seamless delivery of items to production departments, meeting quality, quantity, and timing requirements to support uninterrupted production. * Maintain meticulous records and documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, departmental requisitions, and gate passes. * Champion a culture of cleanliness, tidiness, and compliance in the store area, conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to standards.
