* Drive inventory management excellence by maintaining accurate records and providing timely data to management and relevant departments. * Lead the receipt and inspection of goods from suppliers, ensuring compliance with requirements and specifications. * Architect a robust storage system, utilizing proper identification and traceability methods, and maintaining a 5S environment to ensure efficient use of warehouse space. * Manage warehouse operations to guarantee safe and correct storage of goods, optimizing space utilization and minimizing waste. * Oversee the delivery of goods to production departments, ensuring the right items are delivered to the right places at the right time, in the right quantity and quality. * Develop and maintain precise records and documents, including delivery challans, invoices, departmental requisitions, and gate passes. * Ensure the store area is consistently clean, tidy, and compliant with company standards, conducting regular audits to maintain a high level of organization. * Analyze and prepare comprehensive reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly stock and delivery reports, to inform management decisions.
