Depot in Charge (For uPVC pipe & Fittings)

* Drive daily depot operations to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of products to distributors and dealers. * Architect inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages, and minimize excess stock. * Lead cross-functional communication with sales teams, distributors, and dealers to ensure alignment and resolve complaints promptly. * Analyze depot performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing corrective actions to optimize distribution costs. * Oversee the monitoring of undelivered orders, slow-moving items, and non-moving stock, seeking guidance from head office as needed. * Manage the preparation of daily reports on sales, stock movements, and gate passes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices. * Implement measures to prevent product damage and shortages, ensuring the highest level of quality control. * Supervise and motivate distribution staff, conducting regular meetings to drive performance and efficiency. * Develop and execute initiatives to enhance depot operations, driving continuous improvement and growth. * Collaborate with management to identify and prioritize tasks, ensuring successful execution of assigned projects and initiatives.
