Executive (Chemist for Audit Section)

* Spearhead testing activities, overseeing correlation and proficiency tests from initiation to result delivery, and coordinating specimen and report dispatch to clients. * Lead and manage high-performing teams, providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure timely project completion, while fostering a culture of accountability and approving leave requests. * Drive chemical dosing operations for Dyeing, ETP, Cooling Tower, and DM Plant, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols. * Architect and implement effective chemical handling and operation strategies for Dyeing processes, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and quality. * Champion water quality management, conducting regular tests, and maintaining meticulous records of water test reports to inform data-driven decisions. * Develop and maintain daily records of ETP, WTP, and Dyeing operations, ensuring seamless process control and continuous improvement. * Leverage expertise in Knit Dyeing Finishing production to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and drive business growth. * Demonstrate exceptional time management, work ethic, and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze data, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. * Foster a positive and collaborative office environment, promoting a culture of proactive contribution, open communication, and teamwork. * Utilize expertise in ERP, computing, and MS Office to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
