Associate, Research Monitoring and Evaluation

* Drive data quality monitoring and verification efforts through frequent school and field visits to ensure program implementation accuracy and generate evidence-based insights. * Lead data collection, compilation, cleaning, analysis, and reporting across all implementation areas, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. * Collaborate with the RM&E team to plan, manage, and implement assessments, research, and monitoring activities for Literacy and Gender Equality portfolios. * Design and develop data collection tools and platforms, such as SurveyCTO, to support program monitoring and evaluation. * Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and present findings through compelling reports and presentations. * Support Global Indicator reporting, Program Implementation Monitoring (PIM) data review, and compilation of analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including program teams, to ensure effective collaboration and data-driven decision-making. * Architect and implement data visualization strategies to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with organizational data management policies and procedures, maintaining data integrity and security. * Travel extensively (over 50% of the time) to implementation areas to monitor program activities, collect data, and build relationships with field teams. * Provide technical support and guidance to field teams on data collection, management, and analysis, building their capacity to use data for program improvement.
