Country Manager

* Lead cross-functional teams by instilling shared values and objectives, and allocating tasks to maximize individual and team performance. * Architect organizational structures, manage recruitment, and adjust teams as needed to drive business growth. * Drive team performance by setting and monitoring targets, coaching managers, and mentoring individuals to achieve excellence. * Spearhead product development, ensuring alignment with brand needs and global sourcing strategies to deliver the right product. * Negotiate and secure the best industrial prices by analyzing production costs and processes. * Optimize production quantities, lead times, and quality standards to meet brand and group requirements. * Ensure timely production and shipment by controlling lead times, monitoring workflows, and managing the value chain. * Manage office operations, including finance, accounting, and budget control, to ensure seamless day-to-day activities. * Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as accounting companies, banks, and HR providers, to support office management. * Pilot and manage a network of factories, adhering to social and environmental standards, and drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring and action planning. * Implement group strategies, track progress, and ensure timely achievement of project goals and objectives.
