Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of specialists in preventing and responding to gender-based violence within the Rohingya community, ensuring effective supervision and support.
* Drive activity implementation by Technical Officers, aligning with the MEAL plan and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure seamless execution.
* Architect training programs for staff and community volunteers, leveraging technical expertise from sub-sectors, Caritas, and other stakeholders to enhance capabilities in protection, PSS, and GBV.
* Foster a cohesive program in the field by providing community volunteers with adequate support and ensuring alignment with GBV principles.
* Develop and implement facilitation guides for awareness-raising sessions, training facilitators to engage with men and women effectively.
* Ensure high-quality implementation of project activities, including psycho-social support and case management, with a focus on excellence and impact.
* Facilitate strong coordination between Community Volunteers, Caritas teams, and other stakeholders in the camp, including CiC, protection services, and information points.
* Manage the MEAL system, ensuring effective reporting and monitoring, in collaboration with the M&E Officer, and track monthly and quarterly budget variances in a timely manner.
* Prepare and submit regular reports, including 5W, situation reports, and donor reports, to relevant stakeholders, such as the Protection sector, GBV subsector, and MHPSS working group.
* Ensure confidential handling of reported cases, adherence to GBVIMS guidelines, and support team well-being, stress management, and cohesion within Caritas Bangladesh.
* Establish and maintain referral pathways and reporting systems, providing training and building strong relationships with protection agencies to stay updated on best practices.

Education
- Master's degree in social science or any discipline from a recognized university
Additional
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Child Protection and GBV programs
- Good knowledge of safeguarding policies
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Demonstrated team building and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical ability
- Knowledge of the local language will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
