* Drive student and parent engagement through effective communication of course information, schedules, and school activities. * Foster strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional experiences and build loyalty. * Manage inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, social media, and in-person visits. * Develop and deliver presentations to support promotional activities, events, and student engagement programs. * Collaborate with instructors to ensure seamless class operations and scheduling. * Maintain accurate and organized records of student information, inquiries, and follow-ups. * Partner with the management team to architect marketing and promotional strategies for Yamaha Music School. * Support administrative functions, including course enrollment and student services, to ensure efficient operations.
