Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the marketing team, cultivating a culture of innovation and collaboration that drives exceptional results. * Empower team members to reach their full potential by providing expert guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional development. * Architect and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with brand objectives and seasonal goals. * Drive high-impact initiatives while effectively addressing emerging priorities and delivering the annual marketing plan to meet brand targets. * Conduct regular task management sessions to align the team on strategies, tactics, and execution plans, ensuring seamless project delivery. * Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, leveraging market segmentation, targeting, and budget optimization to maximize reach and impact. * Conduct in-depth research on brand positioning, market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies. * Amplify brand visibility and placement across outlets and digital platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standard operating procedures. * Design and implement Above-the-Line (ATL) communication strategies that elevate brand identity and drive engagement. * Analyze sales data to create actionable recommendations, developing and implementing sales-driven marketing strategies that boost revenue and introduce innovative sales promotion ideas. * Plan and execute 360-degree communication strategies for sales initiatives, ensuring effective budget allocation and maximizing ROI. * Manage and execute sponsorships, events, and activations that maximize brand exposure and drive customer engagement. * Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, analyzing customer data to provide actionable insights for customer acquisition and retention. * Create and execute re-targeting strategies based on customer behavior, developing a 360-degree communication mix for seasonal, campaign-based, and regular customer engagement. * Collect and act on post-purchase feedback to enhance customer satisfaction, partnering with other brands to offer added value to customers. * Develop and execute publicity and public relations (PR) strategies, creating seasonal and yearly media plans that enhance brand exposure and build strong media relationships. * Plan and execute media buying for print and electronic platforms, preparing seasonal briefs and press releases that support brand objectives. * Drive data-driven decision making, evaluating customer experiences across all channels to identify improvement opportunities and optimizing user journeys and conversion funnels. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless omni-channel experiences that drive traffic to physical stores and online platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/ Communications or Business Administration
