* Drive the development and implementation of warehouse infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company standards and operational requirements. * Architect the design and planning processes for distribution centers, warehouses, depots, and bulky stores, focusing on capacity, layout, and quality. * Lead the tender process and construction stages for new and existing facilities, overseeing budgets, timelines, and handovers to ensure seamless project delivery. * Manage construction budgets and verify maintenance cost proposals to support operational needs and minimize costs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement warehouse area development plans, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company regulations. * Oversee the maintenance and renovation of existing warehouses, depots, and bulky stores, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with national regulations, company procedures, and efficiency standards for all warehouse-related projects. * Supervise the condition and use of company vehicles, ensuring adherence to travel and safety procedures to maintain a safe and responsible work environment. * Develop and implement standardized building functions and designs for distribution centers and depots, driving consistency and efficiency across the organization.
