Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation (M&E) strategy for the Women Lead in Emergencies (WLiE) project, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and organizational goals. * Architect M&E plans, data collection tools, and monitoring reports to track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making. * Lead data analysis and interpretation, providing actionable insights and technical guidance to field teams and partner organizations to enhance their M&E capacity. * Manage and maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date data, ensuring timely reporting to donors, stakeholders, and internal teams. * Foster a culture of learning and accountability, capturing program learnings, best practices, and impact stories to document and communicate project progress. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M&E findings into project design, implementation, and evaluation, driving continuous improvement and adaptive management. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, providing technical assistance and capacity-building support to strengthen their M&E capabilities. * Ensure compliance with donor regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards for M&E, data management, and reporting. * Design and implement data visualization and reporting tools to facilitate stakeholder engagement, inform project decisions, and demonstrate impact. * Drive the use of evidence-based data to inform project strategy, advocacy efforts, and resource allocation, contributing to the overall success of the WLiE project.

  • Social Sciences

Additional

  • 5 years’ experience in humanitarian activities
  • Clear knowledge of social and gender norms in Bangladesh
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proven skill in statistical and M&E software packages
  • Strong commitment to accountability and social justice
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and travel
  • Proven record of coordinating complex relations
  • Ability to communicate effectively on complex issues
  • Strong communication skill in English and Bangla
  • Computer skills in MS word, Excel, Power point
