* Spearhead communication with buying houses and buyers to secure new orders, driving costing and consumption analysis. * Oversee the development of lab dips and bulk fabrics, ensuring seamless follow-up and coordination. * Manage new file setup, storage, and correspondence with factories regarding accessories, fabrics, and samples. * Track sample development from initial stages to shipment, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery. * Proactively book trims, accessories, and fabrics according to buyer specifications, ensuring accurate and efficient production. * Provide daily production reports, offering real-time updates and insights. * Develop and implement accessories such as labels, buttons, embroidery, and prints, adhering to buyer-provided artwork and guidelines. * Calculate accessory requirements, place orders, and coordinate supply chain logistics. * Ensure timely receipt and delivery of accessories to factories, meeting production demands and deadlines. * Drive strong follow-up and oversight from bulk production to shipment, ensuring smooth and successful order fulfillment.
