* Spearhead strategic partnerships with consultants and surgeons to drive collaborative growth * Architect efficient patient allocation systems, ensuring fairness and optimal resource utilization * Collaborate with surgeons to optimize OT scheduling and case planning, streamlining operational workflows * Foster the development and expansion of existing and new consultants, promoting professional growth and expertise * Lead high-performing teams of nursing, duty doctors, and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability * Drive a positive work environment, resolving staff conflicts and grievances while maintaining discipline and focus * Monitor and evaluate the performance of EMOs, ensuring seamless patient handling and care * Optimize bed occupancy and patient flow, leveraging data-driven insights to inform operational decisions * Boost OT utilization and case execution, driving efficiency and productivity in daily operations * Design and implement patient experience enhancements, from admission to discharge, to drive satisfaction and loyalty * Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies, minimizing delays and maximizing resource allocation * Develop and execute business growth strategies, working closely with management to increase patient volume and revenue * Support marketing initiatives and patient conversion efforts, tracking key KPIs and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making * Analyze and report on hospital performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth
