* Spearhead the development and maintenance of global correspondent banking relationships, fostering strategic partnerships with financial institutions worldwide. * Drive the seamless execution of cross-border transactions, foreign exchange dealings, and trade finance operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. * Architect and negotiate account terms, fees, and service level agreements with correspondent banks, optimizing costs and service quality. * Mitigate risks associated with international transactions, ensuring compliance with global banking regulations and maintaining a robust risk management framework. * Cultivate and leverage relationships with local consulting firms, corporate offices, and multinational corporations to drive business growth and identify new opportunities. * Identify, onboard, and manage new institutional clients, providing tailored banking solutions, including project financing, escrow services, and fund management. * Collaborate with multinational corporations, development partners, and international organizations to facilitate fund flows, banking support, and strategic initiatives. * Foster strong relationships with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. * Represent the bank in high-level meetings with government authorities, industry bodies, and diplomatic missions, promoting the bank's interests and reputation. * Manage foreign exchange exposures, providing expert advisory support to internal teams on currency risks, hedging strategies, and market trends. * Support the development of strategies to expand the bank's global footprint and correspondent network, driving business growth and revenue expansion. * Develop and present insightful reports, analysis, and market research to senior management, informing business decisions and strategic initiatives.
