Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead regional sales growth by driving high-performing teams and strategic partnerships to exceed mobile accessories sales targets. * Architect and execute tailored sales strategies and business plans that propel market expansion and revenue growth. * Build, manage, and optimize a robust network of dealers and distributors to maximize coverage and sales potential. * Foster and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retail partners, and internal service teams. * Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs. * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, unlocking fresh avenues for market expansion and penetration. * Deliver data-driven insights and regular performance reports to senior management, informing strategic decisions and shaping the sales landscape.
